You will be able to access the studio 12 hours a day Tuesday-Sunday. The studio is open to a maximum of seven people at a time, in 6 time slots:

• 9am - 11am

• 11am-1pm

• 1pm - 3pm

• 3pm - 5pm

• 5pm-7pm

• 7pm - 9pm

Please choose your slot below and book in online. If you do not need your slot or finish your session early please remember to cancel your booking and open it up to others.
